Delivery

Your packed packages are generally dispatched within 5-10 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD / Royal Mail with tracking and signature is available as an option. If you prefer delivery by DPD with a signature an extra cost will be incurred, so please contact us before choosing this method if you are not sure. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with online notification by email.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Any urgent issues please contact us via email with photos and a basic description.

  1. OUR RETURNS POLICY If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
  1. FAULTY GOODS Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by going ‘Contact Us’ section and a member of our team will look into it. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
